Q1: What is a Token?
A Token is your credential to use GrindMate, similar to a membership number. After purchase, you will receive a string of characters (e.g., abc123xyz), which you can use by entering on the website.
Q2: How many times does one task consume?
Usually one complete task consumes 1 conversation count. But if the task is particularly complex (requires multiple iterations, extensive searches), it may consume more. The system will display remaining count in real-time in the top metrics.
Q3: Can Tokens be shared by multiple people?
Yes, but the count of the same Token will be shared and consumed by multiple people. It is recommended to purchase larger packages for team use.
Q4: Do Tokens expire?
No! Purchased counts are valid permanently and can be used anytime.
Q5: Can I get an invoice?
Currently only supports personal purchases. For corporate invoices, please contact customer service.
Q6: What payment methods are supported?
Currently supports WeChat Pay. For other payment needs, please contact customer service for consultation.
Q7: How long after purchase will I receive the Token?
Usually within 5 minutes after successful payment, customer service will send the Token. Faster response during working hours (9:00-21:00).
Q8: What to do when Token runs out?
Contact customer service again to purchase. Newly purchased counts will be automatically added to the original Token.
